These systems, sometimes referred to as EFS (Exterior Finishing Systems or DAS (Direct Applied Systems), are ideal for coating foundations or for other situations where the client wants the look of stucco but wants a lower cost alternative to EIFS.
We can go over DenGlass, Durock, cement board, backer board, CMU block, brick, wood, and poured concrete walls and foundations. When going over cement products like block or poured concrete, particularly older concrete, the key to success lies in properly cleaning and preparing the substrate. We have done literally thousands of DAS jobs and have perfected our systems and procedures to deliver the highest level of quality and a very reasonable price. Like all of our systems, we can offer our DAS service in a variety of textures and virtually any color.
